About the Role
JAKU Lawyers is seeking a reliable and organized Admin Officer to support our team in Lae. The Admin Officer will handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with client communications.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. This role requires good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude, as you will often be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
The position is office-based in Lae, and the Admin Officer will play an important role in helping the firm maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. You should be comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with clients and staff. Previous experience in office administration is preferred but not essential. A positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism are a must.
